Yes the movie is quiet cheesy but not that cheesy. I guess I’m probably lost in translation when I saw Gwen Stacey (Bryce Dallas Howard).Lolz.Gahd she’s really pretty.I saw her thrice pa lang in a movie- The Lady in the Water and the blind woman in The Village and of course Spider-man 3. I really thought that Gwen will die in the movie because in the comics, she actually died while Spidey tried to catch/ save her. Anyway, I rate the movie 7 stars- Cinematography, casting, editing and of course, soundtracks, are cool. Na dismaya lang ako when I watched the movie because there was a fight scene when I saw Toby’s face na medyo halata na computer graphic and I can dance better than that… I mean, they could’ve hired a better D.I., at least.hehehe.Further, as for your post @coy, it’s nice, at least this time medyo pino-focus mo face mo..hehehe. EMO BANGS? haha, that really made me laugh. got exactly the same sentiments, the same beef against specific scenes, but i should have thought of ‘emo bangs’ myself. not so very long ago it was just ‘deadma bangs’ or ‘patay malisyang bangs,’ haha! time’s passing me by! nice work as usual, coy.

The “Emo Bangs” were so repulsive, Coy exposed his dark and violent side. Haha. That shocked me a bit. I didn’t know he had this murderous and homicidal tendency against story writers. Haha.

ok lang yung bangs… i guess the writer is just trying to make a new character out of the lead actor- for the character to look younger and more aggressive. The EMO bangs just killed it for me. It was really distracting. Saka parang ilang bote ng pomada yung inubos nya to make it so flat(boring) and shiny. Kakairita. If it wasn’t that shiny maybe I’ll be less pissed. Haha!

Topher Grace has come a loooong way since his The 70’s Show days. At nag-improve na rin from A Date with Ted Hamilton . Topher’s “Brock” is very different from the animated series (and comics?) though. Kengkoy kasi. Haha!

Nangugulo pala si Joe at Ron dito! Ahahaha! At nandito rin pala si Benj (Heard the Talksmart thing. Teka, ah, hindi ako kasali!).

Anyway, I haven’t watched the film yet, and have no plans of watching it (Shrek na lang!) because of the grave reviews.

Nawawala kasi ang focus sa backstories at motivation ng characters if you have too much characters to begin with. Kaya at most 2 villains pwede na siguro. 3 is way too much.

Watching Spiderman movies is a family activity for us and we enjoyed Spidey 3 very much!
