Jun 24Cavite was one of the provinces who got hit hard by the typhoon, Frank. It was signal no. 3 which felt like signal no. 5. Now, although the sun is already high up, a part of Bacoor is still submerged (literally) in Frank waters. Watch as I ride the jeepney over Bacoor Beach.
