You could very well get caught in the “if only …” mode that undermines the happiness of singles and diminishes resiliency. When are you more prone to this? Well, each person has their own perceptions, experiences and vulnerabilities. It could be that you have just ended a relationship, others around you are getting married or maybe you’ve been let go from your job. Singles targeting personal wellness, can achieve greater peace when they move from “if only” to “it is, now what”. There are certain things that you will never have the answers to and longing means that you are unable to appreciate your existing gifts and opportunities. This can rob you of so much in your life and shatter your being. Assess what is at the foundation of this mindset and start cleaning up from there. Your unhealthy garbage should be dumped once and for all leaving room for you to start your journey light.
